Shipping Policy

General information

We make every effort to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered safely and with the highest level of care. Each order is prepared and shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the checkout process.

Order processing time

The standard order processing time is 21–28 working days from the moment payment has been successfully received.

If the piece you order is currently in stock (the product page marks it as ready to ship), we dispatch it within 1–2 working days from the moment payment has been received. If an order contains more units than we have in stock, the pieces in stock are dispatched as above and the rest are made to order within the standard time.

The processing time includes the preparation of the product for shipment. Once the order is completed, it is handed over to the selected carrier.

Shipping areas and delivery costs

We currently ship to Poland only.

Shipping is free (0 PLN).

The shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process before the order is finally confirmed.

Delivery method

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery providers, including:

  • InPost

  • UPS

Every parcel is insured by the carrier.

Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and current logistics conditions. Please note that the delivery time does not include the order processing time.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing shipment details and tracking information.

Delays and delivery issues

We make every effort to ensure that orders are processed within the stated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, administrative procedures, or unforeseen events.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team.

Incorrect delivery address

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address prevents successful delivery, any additional costs related to reshipping may be charged to the Customer.

Fadaria is a designer jewellery studio. We design rings and wedding bands with clean lines and exact proportions. Expressive geometry and considered colour, refined for daily wear.

Our designs take shape in solid 18-karat (750/1000) gold and 925 sterling silver. They are made by experienced manufacturers in Poland and Germany.

Every piece begins with an original design. Only then do we choose the metal, the stones and how it will be made, so that the form keeps its character for years.

Solid 18-karat (750/1000) gold and sterling silver

Fadaria designs are made in solid 18-karat (750/1000) gold or 925 sterling silver, hallmarked in line with Polish assay law. Each product page identifies its stones.

Certificate of authenticity

Every piece comes with a serial-numbered certificate you can verify online.
