General
What materials are your jewellery made from?
Every Fadaria design is made in solid 18-karat (750/1000) gold or 925 sterling silver. All silver designs have a rhodium or gold finish. Where a piece has stones, we set diamonds in gold – natural (colourless or coloured) or lab-grown (colourless) – and cubic zirconia in silver, clear or coloured. Cubic zirconia is never set in gold.
Can I see the jewellery in person before purchasing?
No – Fadaria is an online-only store, with no showroom or shop to visit. Each product page shows the piece in detailed photographs and lists its dimensions and materials. If you have a question about a model, a size or a material, we will gladly help before you order – by email, chat, phone or WhatsApp.
How do I know which jewellery piece is right for me?
Choose the form that resonates with you – every design is made to reflect the personality of the person who wears it. If you would like help deciding, contact us and we will talk it through.

How should I care for this jewellery?
A little everyday care will keep your jewellery looking its best for as long as possible. Put it on only after applying perfume, cosmetics and hairspray, and take it off before bathing, sleeping, exercising and doing housework. Avoid contact with water, detergents and other chemicals. After each wear, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth to remove traces of cosmetics and dirt. Most gold and silver jewellery can be cleaned in lukewarm water with a little mild soap or washing-up liquid, then dried thoroughly with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pastes, bicarbonate of soda and toothpaste, which can scratch the surface or damage its finish. Remember that different materials need different care. Silver darkens naturally, so it is best cleaned with a special silver cloth. Gold usually only needs washing in water with mild soap, whereas gold-plated jewellery should be cleaned especially gently, without hard rubbing. Do not soak silver pieces with a rhodium or gold finish or with cubic zirconia, and keep strong detergents away from them – simply wipe them with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Storing your jewellery properly matters just as much. Keep it in separate compartments, soft pouches or boxes, away from moisture and direct sunlight. This reduces the risk of scratches and loss of shine. Regular, gentle care will let you enjoy your favourite jewellery for years to come. More tips in our jewellery care guide.
What is the difference between solid gold and gold-plated silver?
Solid gold is gold all the way through: it does not tarnish, and fine scratches from everyday wear can be polished out. Gold-plated silver is 925 sterling silver with a thin layer of gold on the surface. It gives the look of gold at a lower price, but the plating wears away gradually and needs gentler care – wipe it with a soft damp cloth rather than polishing it.
What types of rings are available in your collection?
Our collection includes three original ring lines. Elements rings take their cue from puzzle pieces. Two rings lock together in just one exact position. Worn separately, they stand for the path to a goal; joined, they express the perfect fit between two people. It is a line for those who value the process and care about detail. Colorful Eternity pairs a delicate form with flashes of colour. It is a symbol of everyday joy and of the small moments that happiness is made of, and it suits both dressed-up and everyday outfits. Spike stands out for its bold lines, sharp edges and geometric form. Light playing across the metal brings out the ring's sculptural shape, giving it a modern, striking character. The rings come in both a slim, subtle version and a wider profile. Selected designs are available in 18-karat (750/1000) gold or 925 sterling silver. The available variants are listed on each product page.
How do I choose the right ring style for myself?
The best ring is one that reflects your style, your personality and what matters most to you. When choosing, consider the shape, the material and what the design stands for. The Spike collection is for those who love geometric forms. The rings come in both a slim, subtle version and a wider profile. The Elements collection combines modern design with a personal story. It stands for love, the path to a goal and a perfect fit, and its signature is a vivid coloured stone. Colorful Eternity charms with its delicate form and flashes of colour. It celebrates everyday joy and the small moments that make up real happiness, and works equally well with dressed-up and everyday outfits. If you are torn between designs, we will gladly help you choose the right one.
What ring sizes do you offer?
Our rings are available in Polish sizes 7 to 30, which corresponds to an inner circumference of 47 to 70 mm. If you do not know your size, you can easily find it at home. Our size guide includes measuring instructions, a size chart and an online sizer. If the size turns out to be wrong after purchase, you can exchange the ring within 14 days of receiving your order, on the terms set out in our returns policy.

Product safety
Does Fadaria jewellery comply with product safety regulations?
Yes. Our products comply with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023 on general product safety (GPSR) and meet the REACH requirements on the safety of materials and chemical substances. Every product can be identified by its markings or its certificate. If a risk is detected, a product may be withdrawn from the market – we will inform customers without delay, in line with GPSR procedures.
Is jewellery safe for children?
Jewellery is not a toy. It contains small parts that can cause choking if swallowed, so children should only wear jewellery under adult supervision. We recommend checking pieces regularly for damage and loose parts.
What are the risks of wearing jewellery?
Swallowing and choking – small parts, especially for children. Injury – sharp edges, damaged parts and clasps. Allergic reactions – possible if the metal alloy contains nickel or other allergenic elements. If you notice signs of an allergy, stop wearing the jewellery immediately and consult a doctor.
How should I wear and store jewellery safely?
Avoid prolonged contact with water and chemicals (detergents, chlorine, cosmetics, perfume, anything containing sulphur, such as rubber) – they can cause tarnishing, discolouration and dullness. Store jewellery in a box or soft pouch to prevent scratches and tangling. Take it off before sleeping and during activities that could damage it. Tarnishing of silver and gradual wear of finishes (such as rhodium or gold plating) are natural. Clean gold in warm soapy water, plain silver with a silver polishing cloth, and plated silver with a soft damp cloth only. More tips in our jewellery care guide.
